Buying safely

Most sellers are honest. These steps protect you from the few who are not.

  1. Meet in a busy public place, or ask for delivery.
  2. Check the exact model and test the device before you pay.
  3. Check it is not locked to an internet provider or someone else's account.
  4. Never send a deposit to someone you have not met.
  5. Keep the M-Pesa message and the seller's details as your record.
  6. Report anything suspicious with the "Report this item" button.

You deal with the seller directly. WaiFai does not hold your money or guarantee this sale.
